Find yourself hungry when watching your favourite team play away? Well, there might be a reason for that.

We at BonusFinder found ourselves thinking about some of the interesting away kits in this year’s Premier League season, and we realised that some look strangely like some fan favourites of the food and drink world.

Leeds United – Stilton Cheese

It may not be mouthwatering for some, but Leeds United’s away kit looks suspiciously like a block of stilton. As the players run around the pitch on their next away game, try not to think about devouring a cheese board.

Arsenal – Guinness

Perhaps a pint of Guinness might have been well welcomed after an Arsenal game once before, but now Gunners fans might be opting to pop a bottle of champagne as they sit top of the table six games in.

Newcastle United – SunPat Smooth Peanut Butter

With their away kit looking similar to a particular peanut butter brand, you might find yourself craving some peanut butter when watching Newcastle. It is smooth peanut butter though, perhaps Newcastle should amend their third kit to have both smooth and crunchy.

Everton – Pink Wafer

While the Toffees might evoke a different childhood memory when playing at home, when the Everton side make their trips away, some might be transported to the past with a pink wafer in mind. If you find yourself humming the pink panther tune after an Everton game, now you know why.

Manchester United – Carling

The Red Devils’ white kit with red and black detailing plunges us into the thought of a can of carling. Might be needed for United fans, whose current form is… inconsistent.

Brighton – Cheetos

Might not be one on everyone’s mind, with the American snack not hugely common in the UK. But Brighton fans might be craving some flamin’ hot Cheetos after watching the bright orange kit of the Seagulls for 90 minutes.

Aston Villa – Yazoo

Could milkshake sales be on the rise when Aston Villa are in town? Perhaps due to their Yazoo-looking away kit. Maybe don’t try to grab a shake at one particular fast food joint, where milkshake machines are likely to be broken (again).

Any away kits that send you into a food or drink craving?
